2019 CHARDONNAY – ESTATE VINEYARD - Smooth and elegant and easy to drink, this
Chardonnay is pear, tropical fruit, and honeysuckle, along with allspice, nutmeg, and a lovely soft buttery finish due to its time in barrel. Seafood is a lovely companion to this wine, serve at around 45 degrees. **Double Gold - $44 bottle / $14 glass
2015 MERLOT – LIBRARY ESTATE VINEYARD - This Merlot shows lots of rich Jamy blackberry, ripe cherry, red currant, and dark chocolate. A dry, medium-bodied wine with moderate tannins that round out a long finish of sweet, toasty French oak flavors. This is a fine food-pairing wine. **Gold - $64 bottle / $20.25 glass
2016 ROUGE CLAIR – (PINO NOIR) – Six years in French Oak, this outstanding full-bodied Pino was rated a 94 and double gold in the 2022 Bellingham wine competition. You have to taste it to believe it. **Double Gold - $66 bottle / 23.00 glass
2016 RIDGE RENDEZVOUS – LIBRARY ESTATE VINEYARD - This Estate Bordeaux style blend of Cab Franc, Malbec, and Merlot showcase a medium-plus body with dark fruits, cardamon pods, bell pepper, and dried fig on the aromas, and cacao, blackberry, dried herbs, and tobacco on the palate. Pair with Shepherd’s Pie, pizza, or burgers! Tannins are noticeable, yet soft, making it our premier wine, and excellent with food. **Double Gold - $75 bottle/ $25 glass
2016 MALBEC – LIBRARY ESTATE VINEYARD - Fruit forward with notes of Bing Cherries and raspberry, followed by dark cocoa and herbs with a touch of tobacco element. 2015 HIGH HAWK RESERVE PETIT VERDOT – Smooth, silky, and full-bodied this Petit Verdot has notes of violet, lavender, sage and dried herbs with a hazelnut and mocha finish. Rated a double gold with a 95 score in the recent 2022 Bellingham wine competition. Great with any lamb pork or beef dish. 2016 HIGH HAWK RESERVE PETIT VERDOT – This vintage of Petite Verdot has not been submitted for rating yet but is believed to be every bit as good as the 2015 PV judged in the recent Bellingham event. Also, from Stillwater Creek Vineyards. - $92 bottle / $30 glass
